Charlotte Co. man booked into jail for 30th time

PUNA GORDA, Fla. -- A Charlotte County man is being held in jail on drug charges, his 30th booking since 2001.A sheriff's office press release says 43-year-old Anthony Earl Horner of Punta Gorda was arrested Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia.
